Track my order
Every order in this chapter is a preorder. Here's exactly what happens after you place one, and how to check where yours is.
1 — Order confirmation
As soon as your order is placed you'll receive a confirmation email with your order number. Keep this — it's what we'll ask for in any conversation about your order.
2 — Production & dispatch
Preorders are produced in a limited run. We aim to dispatch as soon as possible. We email everyone if that timing changes for any reason.
3 — Shipping confirmation
When your parcel leaves us you'll get a dispatch email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show its first scan.
