Items described as preorder are not yet in stock at the time of purchase. Placing a preorder reserves the item for you and it will ship as soon as possible. Timing may change; we will notify you by email if it does.

We make reasonable efforts to display colours and details accurately, but screens vary and garment measurements are subject to a small manufacturing tolerance.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — including for pricing errors, stock issues or suspected fraud — and will refund you in full where payment has been taken.

All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout. Customs duties and import taxes on international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery timings quoted at checkout are estimates provided by our carriers. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. See Shipping & Returns.

Preorders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before dispatch. After delivery, items may be returned within 14 days in unworn condition with tags attached. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including your right to cancel distance contracts where applicable.

All content on this site, including the NoMudNoLotus name, lotus mark, imagery and copy, belongs to us and may not be reproduced without written permission.

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Otherwise our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of [England and Wales], and disputes fall to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order.
