Shipping & returns

Preorder items ship as soon as possible. If your order contains multiple items, the whole order ships together once every item is ready.

Delivery options and costs are shown at checkout before payment. Once dispatched, you'll receive tracking by email. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

You may return an item within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags attached.

To start a return, email nomudnolotus61@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll confirm the process before you send anything back.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

If something arrives faulty or isn't what you ordered, contact us with your order number and photos and we'll put it right at no cost to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Preorders can be cancelled for a full refund at any point before dispatch — just email us. Once an order has shipped, the standard returns process above applies. See also our Terms of Service.
