What does “preorder” mean?
It means the piece is being produced now. You secure yours today and it ships as soon as possible.
What size should I order?
Every product page has a full measurement chart in centimetres. Our pieces are cut deliberately relaxed and oversized — if you're between sizes and want a closer fit, size down.
What is the fabric?
84.4% cotton, 15.6% polyester, approx. 365 GSM after washing. Heavyweight, structured, and built to soften with wear.
How do I care for it?
Machine wash cold with like colours, do not bleach, tumble dry low or hang to dry. Warm iron only if needed, and avoid pressing directly onto the embroidery.
Can I cancel or change my preorder?
Yes — email us any time before dispatch and we'll cancel and refund in full, or amend the size if stock allows.
Can I return a preorder?
Yes. Once it arrives you have 14 days from delivery to return it unworn with tags attached.
Do you ship internationally?
Available destinations and delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Will this drop restock?
